I like the r15 it s a great club. The r15 is a low spinning highly adjustable fairway wood that offers faster ball speeds and more forgiveness than taylormade s sldr fairway woods. 15 adjusts 13 to 17 17 adjusts 15 to 19 19 adjusts 17 to 21 with fujikura. The r15 is designed to combine maximum distance with maximum adjustability.

There are many people i know who like to see visible technology on golf clubs and if this is you and money is no object then the r15 will be the taylormade fairway of choice as the styling and sound is much more refined than the taylormade aeroburner fairway. The aeroburner offers freakishly fast ball speeds and more forgiveness.

The r15 shaft is a similar fujikura speeder 57g to the sldr and the length is a manageable 45 5 inches which was one of the best things about the sldr and is great to see this being continued.
